Looking back, there were a number of enjoyable stages throughout the build. Firstly, we were very pleasantly surprised at the range of choice we had to customise the interior of our home. The range and choice options provided by Achieve was fantastic. Secondly, the frame-up stage. Mark Trevillian was exceptional, from the beginning. He walked us through the entire process, and was always available to answer our (numerous) questions. Lastly, the final handover stage. As you can imagine, this was the most exciting part, and we certainly are enjoying unpacking in our brand new home!! We couldn’t be happier, and Mark was once again brilliant throughout. Would more than recommend him for future house builds.
When the floor was done and the walls went up it started to look like our dream house.
Mark made the whole process as pain free as possible and was always happy to keep us updated on where we were at.
We have and will continue to recommend achieve homes to build with friends and family. Overall the experience of building a home with Achieve was a pleasant one.
At all stages the communication was both professional and personable and when needed we were helped by Achieve staff through every step.

“The process from beginning to end has been very organised. The ‘one-stop shop’ for making selections was perfect and took all the hard work away from running around Canberra.”
The colour selection appointment with Diana – Diana was very helpful, patient and friendly during this appointment and made the process easy. We did not feel rushed to decide anything, were able to spend as much time choosing as we needed, and Diana ensured that the process was straightforward and fun. The site visits with Andrew – On numerous occasions Andrew met us outside his standard work hours to accommodate our availability. He answered all of our questions and provided us with any information we requested. Our experience with having Andrew as our site supervisor has been very positive and we have been very satisfied with his interactions with us.
The site visits were great and Mark was always contactable and happy to answer questions. He explained what was happening and also suggested improvements that when completed saved us time and money. His attention to detail was first class and we appreciated his honesty.
The most enjoyable stage was watching the progress and the relationship formed with the construction supervisor and office staff. I found Achieve Homes very easy to deal with and they were always accommodating with my requests.
The sales team were fantastic from the initial contact with them right until the end of the build they always went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one with Achieve. Their honesty and integrity were much appreciated throughout the process, and they were always upfront about any additional costs we might face, which set them apart from other companies. Our foreman was amazingly accommodating, friendly and professional throughout the entire process and also went above and beyond to get the house ready for handover which we really appreciated.
The sales staff were fantastic and very helpful. They were able to provide all the information I was seeking about the land, house and inclusions. They were confident in their knowledge of the product and were genuinely happy to help alleviate my anxiety with regard to building. I can not thank them enough for the assistance they provided.
Being our first home we found that every stage was enjoyable. The Achieve Homes site officer was great, always welcoming and answered every question we threw at him.
The most enjoyable part of the build process was visiting the property during our site visits and seeing the progress. We thoroughly enjoyed working with the Achieve Team and cannot recommend them enough. They went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations. In addition, we were also very impressed with the build quality and the quality of the finishing in the property.
Achieve Homes has a good selection process. It was nice to have all the options in one place. They were also very patient with us when it took much longer than expected!
Their site managers were fantastic and really went out of their way to accommodate our requests and address our concerns. A huge thanks to the Achieve Team!
Quick construction time, regular site visits – good to see progress and good communication with customers always responding in a timely manner.
The quality of my first house was so impressive I had to get another one through Achieve. The prompt response and support from the team really made me feel like it was easy. The Achieve team as a whole were extremely friendly, polite & helpful. Build speed and quality was excellent with any minor issues quickly rectified. Building inspection reports also highlighted the build quality with no informed issues.
